Andy Rodigheiro will again be running the 2016 Core program. We are continuing with two streams of Core  – Core and Hard Core. Hard Core is everything you love about Core only harder, better, faster and stronger! All sessions are held at Freers.

Core will run:
Monday morning – 6:30 to 7:30am
Wednesday morning – 6:30 to 7:30am
Thursday afternoon – 3:30-4:30pm (meet at the cafe and Andy will walk you down).

Hard Core will run:
Tuesday afternoon – 3:30-4:30pm  (meet at the cafe and Andy will walk you down).
Friday morning – 6:30 to 7:30am

Term 4 Classes will commence on Wednesday 5 October and conclude Thursday 24 November.
