Host families needed to billet a student from a Sister School for three nights

We are calling out to our community for volunteers to billet one or more student/s from one of our Sister Schools in Australia and New Zealand from Sunday 10 September to Wednesday 13 September.

This year it is our turn to host the Biannual Alumnae Cups Tennis Competition. In this tournament we compete against our sister schools from Australia and New Zealand. The following schools are sending teams of 8-10 players: Sacre Coeur (Melbourne), Kincoppal Rose Bay (Sydney) and Baradene (New Zealand). Stuartholme’s two top teams will also be competing.

While our tennis families have put their hands up, we still have students who need a billet.

What do you have to do?
You would need to collect your billet/s on Sunday and deliver them to school each day.  Transport to and from Tennyson will be taken care of. In the afternoons they will be back at school to travel home with your daughter. On Wednesday they will travel directly from Tennyson to the airport and we will provide this transport.

Can you help?
We are desperately looking for homes for the girls for the three nights.  If you could please consider this and let us know by Monday 14 August, that would be hugely appreciated.

As part of the Sacred Heart Family your daughter could have the opportunity to travel to one of our Sister Schools and would no doubt welcome the chance to rekindle her friendship with a billet.
